For ECTs this session will provide the opportunity to find out what to expect during your ECT induction, your entitlements and what support is available.
ECT mentors and Induction Tutors have a key role and significant responsibilities in the statutory induction arrangements for ECTs. This session provides you with the information you need to understand those responsibilities for your allocated ECT(s) including the support and professional development available from the Appropriate Body to help you successfully fulfil the role.
