Preparation for Leadership – Suitable for All NQT’s
The course will explore effective subject leadership in school, including expectations of leaders in relation to the new Ofsted Framework. Participants will look at different leadership styles, their impact and the impact of middle leaders on school performance and in raising standards. You will gain an understanding of the new Ofsted framework for the inspection of the effectiveness of leadership and management and the implications of the framework for middle leaders.
